The core images shared by Olrak show that Strix Halo APU has 8x Zen5 and 8x Zen5C CCD, and there is a GCD on CCD, which is also used for I / O Die.

The AMD Strix Halo (Sarlak) APU should be similar to Navi33, with a maximum of 16 WGP, and since RDNA 3.5 is not a completely new architecture, the APU may have the same 32 CU.
