CTOnews.com August 1, Microsoft recently released data, as of June 2023, the total sales of Xbox Series S | X reached 21 million, and the total sales of Xbox One series (One first generation / One S / One X combined) exceeded 58 million.

Microsoft also said that Xbox has more than 15.6 million monthly subscribers, more than 248.6 million active Windows-based game PC around the world, and more than 168.3 million Microsoft Store visitors per month.

Game software sales: according to data released by DFC Intelligent, the global sales revenue of Xbox game software was $5.7914 billion in 2018 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 41.409 billion yuan), falling to $4.539 billion in 2019 (currently about 32.454 billion yuan).

However, during the outbreak, Xbox game software sales grew rapidly, reaching $4.7936 billion (currently about 34.274 billion yuan) and surging by $1.5527 billion (currently about 11.102 billion yuan) in 2021.

The report estimates that it will reach $8.5499 billion in 2023, $8.6676 billion in 2024 and $8.5666 billion in 2025.

Xbox game statistics: among the top 200 best-selling games in the world, including "Fortnite", "call of Duty", "Modern Warfare 2.0", "GTA5" and "my World", 26 games are available on Xbox Series S | X platform.

Grand Theft Auto V has become the best-selling game on Xbox One, with more than 8.72 million copies sold worldwide, according to Statista.

Xbox player statistics: there are more than 3.09 billion gamers worldwide, of which 120 million use Microsoft's gaming service Xbox Live.

According to a report, most Xbox One players are between the ages of 25 and 34, followed by the 35-44 age group.

A survey of 2000 Xbox One users found that 56 per cent of Xbox users were married or living with a partner, 10 per cent lived alone and 23 per cent lived with their parents.

According to the same survey, 58 per cent of Xbox users are male and 42 per cent are female.
