CTOnews.com, August 1, Intel launched the new Intel Arc 31.0.101.4577 WHQL driver, which mainly added support for the upcoming Ruixian A570M and A530M mobile independent graphics cards. In addition, it also solved the problem that switching to DirectX 12 mode will cause the game to crash when running "F1 23" games on systems using mobile Arc graphics cards.

Fix the problem:

Known issues:

Intel Ruixian graphics card products

Tomb Raider: shadow (DX11) may encounter an application crash when loaded into the game menu.

The system may hang when you wake up from sleep, and you may need to restart the system to recover.

GPU hardware acceleration may not be available for media playback and encoding in some versions of Adobe Premiere Pro.

Topaz Video AI may encounter errors when using some models for video enhancement.

When hardware RayTracing is enabled, Blender 3.6 may experience application crashes during rendering operations.

Adobe After Effects may encounter application crashes during rendering operations.

Intel Core processor products:

Call of Duty: theater 2.0 (DX12) may be damaged in some light sources, such as fire.

Intel Arc Control known issues:

Using Arc Control Studio screencap in some games may incorrectly generate multiple video files.

After installing Intel Arc Control, the system may consume slightly more power than expected during system sleep or hibernation.

When switching between desktop and overlay mode, the camera screen preview may be mistakenly retained.

When using HDMI to display connections, the Connector type in the display page may incorrectly display DP.

After turning on the power event of screencap / highlight / broadcast switch, the "stream ended" pop-up window may appear.
