CTOnews.com, July 31, Alibaba announced that it will release its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2024 ending June 30 before the US stock market on August 10. (CTOnews.com Note: Alibaba's fiscal year is out of sync with the natural year, starting on April 1 of each year and ending on March 31 of the second year).

After the release of the results, Ali will hold a performance meeting at 7:30 EDT (19:30 Beijing time) on the 10th. Today, US stocks opened at a peak of US $101.92 per share, an increase of 1.31%, and then slowly fell back to near the opening price.

In the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2023 (January to March 2023), Alibaba Group's revenue was 208.2 billion yuan, up 2% from the same period last year; quarterly adjusted EBITA (net profit under non-GAAP financial indicators, the same below) was 25.28 billion yuan, up 60% from the same period last year.

In fiscal year 2023, Alibaba Group's income was 868.687 billion yuan, an increase of 2% over the same period last year, and its adjusted net profit was 147.911 billion yuan, an increase of 13% over the same period last year.
