CTOnews.com, July 30 (Xinhua)-- the Ducati Monster series is a legend in the motorcycle industry. Since the launch of the first 904cc M900 in 1993, more than 350000 vehicles have been sold worldwide. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the series, Ducati launched a limited edition special model called Monster30 °Anniversario, which only produces 500 units worldwide and sells for 16095 pounds (CTOnews.com Note: about 148000 yuan currently) and will go on sale in January 2024.

This special model is based on the latest 937ccMonster launched in 2021 and is painted in three colors, with exclusive gold rims and Olins NIX30 front forks, cushions embroidered with the 30th anniversary logo, and the 4.3in TFT dashboard displays an exclusive animation when it starts. The upper triangular plate of each car is also engraved with a unique number, a certificate of authenticity and a special cover.

This special model is not only exquisite in appearance, but also excellent in performance, sharing many parts with existing SP models, it is the lightest Monster model ever, with the addition of steering dampers and small-size windshields, the equipment quality is 2kg lower than that of the standard Monster on sale, and the hlins NIX30 front fork, Termignoni slide sleeve, Brembo Stylema calipers, aluminum flanges on double front brake discs and forged rims all contribute greatly to weight loss.

In terms of power, the 30th anniversary edition of the Monster is still equipped with a V-type twin-cylinder 937 engine with a maximum power of 81.8kW and a peak torque of 92Nm, as well as a bend ABS, TCS traction control, warp control and start control system.

In addition to this special model, Ducati will launch five other new models by November 7, covering different types of models.
