At the same time, LED guidance screens are set up in the direction of entering and leaving the city, which can release the operation of the road network in real time, synchronize road control information, and set up ramp control equipment at the confluence of ramps, entrances and overpasses, so that ramp information such as "open / close" can be known in real time, so as to avoid inconvenience or even traffic jams caused by untimely release of information.

The entry section of Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway is not only one of the important channels leading to the main stadium of this Universiade, but also the key and difficult point of traffic guarantee for this event. To ensure the smooth flow of this road traffic "aorta", Hisense helped to build 94 sets of video surveillance, 4 sets of radar speed measurement, 4 sets of traffic guidance screens, 24 sets of ramp control equipment and Universiade lane capture …... Real-time collection of traffic information and release of control information at any time. In addition, by the end of 2022, Hisense has built 291 sets of traffic signals at 333 junctions in Chengdu and realized network joint control, realizing remote controllability of important guarantee lines for the Universiade and improving the intelligent level of signal control in Chengdu.

The Universiade has set up six special lanes and implemented odd-and even-numbered traffic restrictions within the specified time. In this regard, the Universiade has put into use more than 700 special buses. It is worth mentioning that each bus is carrying Hisense aircraft. As early as a month ago, the Hisense team launched a special inspection to check and update the on-board equipment of each vehicle one by one, so as to ensure the normal and stable operation of each on-board intelligent device during the Universiade. At the same time, Hisense has also set up a support team composed of four special mobile personnel, all of whom are on duty and respond immediately during bus operation, and repair and deal with the faulty vehicles at the first time, and there are more than 10 stationed personnel to cooperate with the work to ensure the daily travel of citizens and tourists.

In addition, Hisense is also responsible for the guarantee of intelligent equipment on the BRT platform on the east-west urban axis, actively deploying project personnel, forming a security plan for daily operation and maintenance of 3 people and 6 people for the opening ceremony, providing technical support for the lifeline of fast public transport for the Universiade and ensuring passenger evacuation and daily route operation after the opening ceremony. Since the cooperation with Chengdu bus was reached in 2008, Hisense has been deeply involved in the construction and operation of Chengdu bus. At present, nearly 6500 electric buses are in use in Chengdu, of which more than 5200 are Hisense on-board equipment.
