CTOnews.com July 29 news, Microsoft on the Xbox platform to increase the intensity of the attack on the simulator, clean up the Xbox Store game simulator, for violating users, make a 15-day penalty closed black room.

Tom Warren, editor of The Verge, tweeted that he had learned from Microsoft officials that if players or developers still uploaded software running simulators in retail mode to the Xbox Store, they would be banned.

For players who run the simulator in retail mode, Microsoft will impose a penalty of 15 days in a small black room.

Microsoft started blocking emulators on Xbox in April, and now Xbox Series S| X game consoles cannot run most emulators.

After adding restrictions, developers still found a way to run simulators, and Ruilu developers launched a Patreon page, UWeaPons Store, where players can install simulators such as Dolphin (GameCube / Wii), XBSX2.0 (PlayStation 2), Xenia (Xbox 360) and RetroArch (multiple older consoles) for only $2 a month (CTOnews.com Note: currently about RMB 14).
