According to the latest data released by market research firm Canalys on July 28, 2023, the Chinese smartphone market shipped about 64.3 million units in the second quarter of 2023, down 5% from a year earlier. OPPO (including one plus) maintained its lead in the second quarter with shipments of 11.4 million units and a market share of 18%. Combined with shipments of 12.6 million units in the first quarter of 2023, OPPO ranked first in China's mobile phone market in the first half of the year with 24 million units shipped.
