CTOnews.com, July 27 (Xinhua)-- earlier today, Weibo blogger @ Daoge Hu Kan revealed that an educational institution called "ideal Studio" in Chengdu had been asked to cancel its registered trademark by ideal car. The studio is contacting law firms and media to prepare a counterclaim and post screenshots. In the screenshot, the person in charge of the suspected ideal studio claimed, "they have sued almost all the ideal companies in the country."

After inquiry, CTOnews.com found that this "ideal studio" applied for the registered trademark of "ideal studio IDEALSTUDIO" and "ideal studio" on May 17, 2010 and June 25, 2012 respectively. The applicant is the ideal Art training School in Wuhou District, Chengdu. As of press time, the trademark applied for in 2010 is "awaiting substantive review", while the trademark applied for in 2012 is "under review of the application for revocation / invalidation"-the trademark revocation is still under review.

In response to this matter, Ke Chedi sought confirmation from the ideal car and got a response:

The ideal car respects the reasonable and reasonable use of the word "ideal" by all sectors of the community, and has no intention of taking any legal measures. The ideal car mentioned in the rumor initiated a lawsuit against the "ideal studio", which is false information.

It should be noted, however, that as of press time, ideal Motors has not issued a statement on the official social platform.

CTOnews.com previously reported that the recent news that ideal car sued "ideal car Film Shop" for trademark infringement and unfair competition sparked heated discussion among netizens, and the case was not heard in public in the Intermediate people's Court of Linyi City, Shandong Province on the morning of July 20. The official Weibo of the legal department of ideal car responded on July 24, saying that the reason for the lawsuit was that the store [pretended to be the ideal car official] carried out commercial activities such as sales, group buying and so on, and was reported by local car owners.
