CTOnews.com, July 27 (Xinhua) Samsung did not launch the Galaxy S23 FE phone at its Galaxy Unpacked launch last night, but officials have confirmed that it will be launched before the end of the year.

Samsung Galaxy S23 FE phone recently appeared in the Wireless charging Alliance (WPC), with the official page saying "Samsung GALAXY S23 FE (SM-S711 U)".

The information on the page shows that the machine has passed the "Power Class 0 Receiver" authentication and supports up to 4.4W wireless charging.

Samsung may support reverse wireless charging of up to 4.5 W, just like Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 +.

The appearance and configuration of the Galaxy S23 FE is no secret. Renderings previously shared by CTOnews.com show that the phone looks similar to the Galaxy S23 and S23 + and may also share some specifications with them.

On the chip side, Samsung will use last year's Exynos 2200 and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 instead of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which is used by Galaxy S23, which has been confirmed by the phone's benchmark list.

However, unlike almost all markets of the Galaxy S22 series that use Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chips, the Galaxy S23 FE is likely to use Qualcomm chips only in the United States and China, while Exynos 2200 chips will be used in other markets.
