The White Paper points out that at this stage, the strategic value of cloud computing continues to rise globally:

In 2022, the global cloud computing market will be $491 billion (currently about 3.51 trillion yuan), with a growth rate of 19%. It is expected that the market will continue to grow steadily under the stimulation of demand such as large models and computing power, and the global cloud computing market will exceed trillion US dollars by 2026.

In 2022, China's cloud computing market reached 455 billion yuan, an increase of 40.91% over 2021. Compared with the global growth rate of 19%, China's cloud computing market is still in a period of rapid development. It is estimated that the overall size of China's cloud computing market will exceed one trillion yuan in 2025.

Tuyuan Pexels also reported previously that according to IDC's Quarterly tracking report on Global Enterprise Infrastructure: buyers and Cloud deployments, global enterprise spending on computing and storage infrastructure products (including dedicated and shared IT environments) for cloud deployment increased 14.9 percent year on year to $21.5 billion in the first quarter of 2023. Cloud infrastructure spending continues to exceed that of non-cloud sectors, which fell 0.9% to $13.8 billion in the first quarter of 2023.
