CTOnews.com, July 26, OpenAI announced today that Android ChatGPT has been officially launched, and Android users in the United States, India, Bangladesh and Brazil can now download it from Google's Play store, and plan to expand to more regions next week.

According to the official screenshot, the Android version of ChatGPT is no different from the previously launched iOS version, and users can ask the chatbot for answers, guidance or suggestions, which means that the Android version may have most of the features of the current version, and most likely can synchronize conversations and preferences across devices.

Considering that the iOS version of ChatGPT has expanded to more than 30 other countries a week after its launch in the United States, the Android version is expected to be available in more regions next week.

According to data.ai, an application intelligence company, downloads of ChatGPT iOS passed the 500000 mark in six days, surpassing other artificial intelligence and chat robot applications, including Microsoft's Edge and Bing.
