Then, through the sharing screen operation, the swindler guides the victim to enter his personal identity and account information in the specified App or platform, and obtain the SMS verification code for the transfer operation.

In this link, lawbreakers use shared screen software to observe the victim's process of registering an account in real time and steal key information such as account passwords.

The police warned in an interview that many people have recently encountered a shared screen scam, and users should be more vigilant. Customer service on the formal financial service platform will not use the shared screen to contact customers, and the shared screen function should be operated carefully. If there is no need to use this feature, you can completely turn it off in the phone settings.
