CTOnews.com note: printing OLED is an ink-jet printing technology, which uses tricolor colored light-emitting semiconductor material as ink-jet material and directly patterns the ink droplets to the specified position on the substrate. The material utilization rate is about 90%, and is not limited by equipment and large-size fine metal mask.

Prior to this, Liang Xinqing, executive vice chairman and secretary-general of the liquid crystal branch of the China Optoelectronics Industry Association, said in an interview that TCL Huaxing has made great progress in printing display technology through strategic cooperation with JOLED in recent years, and is fully capable of taking the lead in realizing printing display industrialization in China.

Judging from the news from various manufacturers in the industry and the upstream and downstream of the supply chain, the mass production technology of printing OLED in China has basically matured. According to the confirmation of the relevant industry, at present, domestic panel enterprises have completed the 274PPI color-free, defect-free printing sample development, yield and other mass production has been confirmed.

At the same time, high-precision printing technology is also being developed and verified, and it is expected that next year the printing technology resolution will break through 300PPI, which can correspond to small and medium-sized OLED products and become an OLED technology that can cover full-size products.
