CTOnews.com, July 25 (Xinhua) Dean Hager, outgoing CEO of Apple's device management platform Jamf, recently expressed the view that the Windows ecosystem is declining and that Apple will replace Microsoft in the enterprise platform in the next 10 years.

In Hager's interview with ComputerWorld, the CTOnews.com translated part of the interview is as follows:

No matter which way you look at Windows, after more than 20 years of development, the whole ecosystem is in decline. This is not an attack on Windows, but a statement of facts.

In the next 10 years, Windows will no longer dominate the corporate ecology. Apple is rising rapidly and dominating enterprises in the mobile era.

When I joined Jamf in 2015, I felt that Apple was brewing a new storm in the corporate world. But I think Apple's development over the past eight years has far exceeded previous expectations.

In the mobile era, there is no mobile terminal in the Windows ecology that can compete with iPhone, which makes Microsoft unable to occupy a dominant position in the future enterprise platform.
