Cui Dongshu said that after years of millions of years of platform, China's automobile exports finally began to break through in 2021. After the sharp decline in the world economic downturn in 2013-2016, the export growth rate gradually stabilized and improved in 2017-20, and the annual export volume remained at about 1 million units. In 2020, exports reached 1.08 million units, down 13% from the same period last year. Then enter the period of high growth.

CTOnews.com previously reported that data from the China Automobile Association showed that China's auto companies exported 382000 vehicles in June, down 1.7 per cent from the previous month and up 53.2 per cent from a year earlier. In terms of car models, passenger vehicles exported 312000 this month, down 4.1 percent from the previous month, up 57.7 percent from the same period last year; commercial vehicle exports were 70,000, up 10.7 percent from the previous month, up 36 percent from the same period last year. The export of new energy vehicles was 78000, down 28.4% from the previous month, an increase of 1.7 times over the same period last year. From January to June, automobile companies exported 2.14 million vehicles, an increase of 75.7% over the same period last year.
