According to reports, Roewe plans to launch eight new energy models within 3 years, and the D7 series is the first, which is also Roewe's first dual-power medium-sized sedan. In terms of size, the Roewe D7 EV body length, width and height are 4890*1872mm*1510mm and the wheelbase is 2810mm. SAIC Design Director Shao Jingfeng said: Roewe D7 EV main light cover area matching surface difference can achieve the limit of 2mm; A-pillar and front windshield matching surface difference between the lowest of the same level; the use of a wide shoulder design, not only shows elegance, but also increases the aerodynamic performance.

In terms of configuration, the Roewe D7 EV is equipped with upgraded new Rubik's cube battery, VGA six-in-one electric drive new three electricity technology, equipped with round-the-car ultrasonic radar + 4 look around camera perception hardware, as well as panoramic skylight, conventional ACC, etc., the total trunk volume reaches 447L.

The car can be divided into 510 km (17-inch rims + lithium iron phosphate battery) and 610 km (18-inch rims + Rubik's cube ternary lithium) according to range. It is equipped with 145kW single-motor rear-drive system and accelerates for 63s at 100km.
