Compared with the old Regal model, one of the biggest changes of the new car is reflected in the front face styling. Similar to the new generation LaCrosse, the new Regal's front face adopts the "PURE Design" design concept, matching the large-size "Star Tide" intake grille. The side of the car follows the old Junwei design, with 4904/1863/1461mm in length, width and height and 2829mm in wheelbase.

However, the interior of the new car does not use the curved double screen design of the new generation of LaCrosse, Buick E5, E4 and other new models, but still uses the interior layout of the old model. The new Regal is equipped with the eConnect Smart Internet system, which supports the mapping of Apple CarPlay and Baidu CarLife smartphones.

In addition, the new car is equipped with wireless charging for front mobile phones, dual USB charging ports at the back, and a new generation of OnStar OnStar full-time online assistant, which "covers five categories and more than 50 major services".
