CTOnews.com Microsoft has been working on Windows 11 23H2 for a long time, and it looks like they are preparing for the final release.

For example, references to Windows 11 23H2 (also known as Moment 4) have appeared in the latest July 2023 Cumulative Update. Simply put, Windows 11 now requires only one enabler pack to turn on many of the 23H2 hidden features.

In the Tuesday update in July 2023, Microsoft has released several patches with references to "Moment 4," which is actually Windows 11 23H2.

The latest update already has the Microsoft-Windows-UpdateTarget-ClientOS-SV2Moment4-EKB"Microsoft-Windows-23H2Enablement-Package" enablement package, which was previously seen in Windows 10 Build 19045. This means Win11 requires only a small enablement package to turn on the new features of 23H2.

Microsoft promises to introduce a host of new enhancements to Windows 11 23H2, such as an improved File Explorer, including a recommended files section, a new title bar, more Mica, Fluent Design, and an upgraded search feature.

In addition to this, other features of 23H2 include taskbar ungrouping/never merging, native support for compression packages such as RAR and 7-Zip, and the introduction of Windows Copilot.
