Mr. Shi said he did not insure the price of the watch. Shunfeng had offered a compensation of 1000 yuan, but he did not agree. But for Mr. Shi's loss, SF should bear civil liability now. The insurance rules mentioned by SF are its internal working methods and do not exempt it from liability. If Shunfeng Company has intentional or gross negligence in the process of sending, the agreement that the compensation limit is the insured amount shall be invalid.

For the insured express, the compensation liability shall be determined in accordance with the price protection rules agreed between the enterprise engaged in the express delivery business and the sender; for the uninsured express, the compensation liability shall be determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of civil law. The exemption clause in the contract that causes personal injury or property loss caused by intentional or gross negligence of the other party shall be null and void.
