Tuyuan Pexels reported that the layoffs mainly involved sales and customer service positions, and some sales teams were laid off. Microsoft's sales and customer service team has thousands of employees at its peak, which has attracted wide attention throughout the industry.

CTOnews.com quoted the media as saying that Microsoft's layoffs are continuing and that it has put a knife on the project manager and marketing department, but no specific layoffs have been announced yet.

It is reported that Microsoft has completely abolished the position of customer solution manager, and some of the affected employees have been transferred, but most of the employees have been laid off directly.
