The Preparatory Committee said that NIO Day will take the city car friends' association as the main body to lead the bid, and the bid conditions are as follows:

The bidding city has not held NIO Day in the past 8 years.

There will be 14 consecutive days available from December 1 to 31, 2023, and the activity day must be set on Saturday.

The infield should be equipped with indoor / semi-indoor space.

After the stage seats are built, they can hold at least 8000 people.

Outfield sites can be selected indoors or outdoors, or public areas, but fencing is allowed to be used as an exclusive area for activities.

The usable construction area is at least 5000 square meters

The bidding process in chronological order is as follows:

7.21-7.24: city car friends' association submits bid intention

7.21-7.25: the Preparatory Committee will conduct a preliminary survey of the venues according to the registered cities and communicate with them to prepare the bid materials.

8.4: deadline for submission of bid proposal

8.5: select the top three bidding cities, and then enter the next round of candidate city user voting.

8.7-8.11: show candidate cities

8.11-8.13: decide the final bid city by open vote
