In order to support users' small and high-frequency consumption demand, for international card transactions with a single transaction amount of RMB200 or less, WeChat Pay bears the fees related to international card transactions and is exempt from user transaction fees (specific to the payment page prompt).

Tencent Holdings and Ant Financial Services Group have said they will allow users to connect overseas credit cards to their payment platforms to make it easier for foreign tourists to spend in China, Reuters reported last month.
