CTOnews.com, July 20 (Xinhua)-- according to the latest report released by market research firm CIRP, the iPhone 14 series has the highest market share in the United States since Apple launched the iPhone 7 in 2017.

According to the CIRP report, the iPhone 7 series has set off a wave of upgrades among Apple users in the United States, with the highest percentage reaching 81%.

Apple usually accounts for about 70 per cent of new iPhone models over the years, while the iPhone 14 series hit a recent high of 79 per cent, just 2 percentage points behind the iPhone 7 series, according to statistics from June 2023.

Carrier offers: as US carriers change iPhone's installment agreement from 24 to 36 months, the monthly cost difference between the iPhone 14 and the old model seems small, which may prompt consumers to buy new devices.
