CTOnews.com learned from the official account that Power Journeys is an energy layout project launched by Xilai to allow users to "happily travel to poetry and distance". Deploy recharging facilities in destinations with imperfect infrastructure but with a "strong sense of longing" to meet the energy needs of car owners and "enable trams to go where oil cars can go".

As of July 2023, Weilai has run through 59 routes, including three routes to Tibet from Sichuan, Qinghai and Yunnan, Hexi Corridor, Duku Highway, West Sichuan Great Ring Road, Hulunbuir Prairie Line and Great Wall Mountain Sea Line.
