Officials call it the core strategy of Huawei Communications Network 2030, and claim that the ultimate goal is to provide the end users of the network with a new digital network service experience of "zero wait, zero contact and zero failure". For network operators to create a "self-configuration, self-repair, self-optimization" intelligent network and efficient operation and maintenance capabilities.

The data show that the three-tier architecture of ADN includes cloud intelligence, network intelligence and network element intelligence, and the three layers work together to achieve self-driving network:

Cloud intelligence: build an intelligent platform by converging telecom knowledge assets in the cloud to achieve data training, model generation and optimization, and synchronize to the network layer and network element layer to ensure that it is always new and effective.

Network intelligence: in the network management and control layer, through big data analysis, intelligent algorithm and service-oriented API, the automation of business intention, the intelligence of network operation and maintenance and the service of network business are realized.

Network element intelligence: through the embedded lightweight intelligent reasoning framework in the device layer, it provides perceptual analysis and reasoning ability of network element level and short period, and realizes microsecond reasoning ability.

Now Huawei has registered the trademark of ADN, which indicates that its self-driving network is expected to be branded.
