CTOnews.com noted that it is clearly stated in the Tencent Wechat Software license and Service Agreement that "the ownership of the Wechat account belongs to Tencent. After completing the registration procedures, users will only get the right to use the Wechat account, and the right of use only belongs to the original registrant".

Tencent also made it clear that if users do not log in to the Wechat account for a long time, Tencent has the right to reclaim the account to avoid wasting resources, and any losses will be borne by the users.

Of course, to prevent recycling, you can put a little change in your Wechat wallet, which will be difficult to recover as long as your account does not meet the criteria for cancellation.
