CTOnews.com obtained from the official of China Unicom that individual / enterprise users can submit flight plan applications on this platform, and complete flight plan applications by filling in information such as UAV, flying hand, application airspace, bottom and top height of flight airspace, flight time, nature of mission, UAV third party liability insurance, and so on.

After receiving the plan application submitted by the individual / enterprise user, the flight regulatory department may give approval / rejection according to the details of the plan and in the light of the actual situation.

Individual / business users can track the approval status of the plan application at any time. After the flight plan application is approved, the user can submit the release application through this platform or App one hour before the start time of the flight plan.

The flight supervision department can check the flight status of drones in the local airspace, including the real-time location of all drones, basic information of drones (aircraft type, speed per hour, flying hands, etc.), data statistics (daily plans, actual total, normal flights, abnormal flights), early warning information (black flights, illegal flights), and so on. Timely warning treatment for undeclared plans, route deviation, too high and too low, etc.

The China Unicom Academy said that the platform can also conduct statistics on flight business, including flight plan statistics, release statistics, approval statistics and flight violation statistics, and support rapid screening by time, flight teams and other conditions.
