Accelerate the deployment of network facilities and computing facilities, further optimize and upgrade the network architecture, strengthen the monitoring of computing network, create a transport system that meets the needs of all kinds of computing applications, strengthen the overall scheduling of computing resources, and constantly improve the efficiency of the utilization of computing power. Guide the "Huacai Cup" arithmetic Application Innovation Competition, take industry, transportation, medical treatment and other typical industries as the main scene, create a number of mature solutions, and continue to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries. Promote innovative models and distinctive features to accelerate the landing of computing applications.

According to CTOnews.com, the 2023 China Computing Conference will be jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the people's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous region from August 18 to 19, 2023. The full text of all accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the conference and submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus for index.
