The subsidy is divided into three levels, according to the invoice value of the car purchase, the subsidy for fuel vehicles ranges from 1000 yuan to 3000 yuan to 5000 yuan, and that for new energy vehicles ranges from 2000 yuan to 4000 yuan to 6000 yuan. The capital scale of the government consumption voucher for this activity is 10 million yuan, which is rewarded by the way of "buying a car first, then applying for it".

The first file: fuel vehicles with an invoice value of less than 100000 yuan (excluding) shall be subsidized by consumption vouchers of 1000 yuan per vehicle; new energy passenger vehicles with an invoice value of less than 100000 yuan (excluding) shall be subsidized with consumption vouchers of 2000 yuan per vehicle.

The second file: for fuel vehicle passenger cars with an invoice value of 100000 yuan (inclusive) to 250000 yuan (excluding), a new energy passenger vehicle with a consumption voucher subsidy of 100000 yuan (inclusive) to 250000 yuan (excluding) shall be subsidized according to 4000 yuan per car.

The third file: fuel vehicles with an invoice value of more than 250000 yuan (including) shall be subsidized with consumption vouchers according to 5000 yuan per car. New energy passenger cars with an invoice value of more than 250000 yuan (including) will be subsidized by consumption vouchers according to 6000 yuan per car.
