CTOnews.com July 14 news, Zhiji brand's third model LS6 reappeared on the declaration list of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology today. This is different from the model that was declared last month because this time it was unveiled as a single-motor model.

The new car is positioned as a medium-sized SUV, and the outline of the car is quite round and smooth. Compared with the previously declared dual-motor models, the appearance is basically the same, and lidar can also be selected. In addition, the car also offers up to 8 combinations of wheel styles and colors, which can be selected with the same color wheels as the car body. On the rear side, the car offers two styles: "no duck tail" and "duck tail", and the aerodynamic performance is expected to be different.

The length, width and height of the new car are 4904/1988/1669mm and wheelbase 2950mm respectively.

In terms of power, Zhiji LS6 is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 231kW and a maximum speed of 200km / hour. the battery is provided by SAIC Times, a joint venture between Ningde Times and SAIC.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Liu Tao, CEO of Zhiji, warmed up the new SUV model in a personal Weibo post on June 30 and said the new car would debut at the Chengdu auto show.

The new car is expected to compete with the newly launched Xiaopeng G6. Zhiji LS6 is also developed based on 800V silicon carbide platform, which claims that the zero acceleration time is less than 3.5s and the top speed can reach 252km/h. For comparison, the 7004wheel drive Max on top of the Xiaopeng G6 has a 100km acceleration time of 3.9s and a maximum speed of 202km/h.

CTOnews.com had previously speculated that the new car was expected to launch a single-motor rear-drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive power system, but now as single-motor and dual-motor models have been declared by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the previous speculation has been verified.
