As previously reported by CTOnews.com, "Hong Kong Huaxin" was jointly developed by Sai Fang Technology, Micro five Technology and celebrities, and was released on November 29, 2022. It adopts the hardware foundation of RISC-V chip of Sai Fang Technology and Micro five Technology, as well as celebrity security protocols and platform specifications.

"Ganghua Core" meets the national secret level II security standard, supports state secret and international encryption algorithms such as SM1/2/4/9, claims to be able to defend against physical cracking and side channel attacks, and has the advantages of ultra-low power consumption.

At present, the main application landing scenario of "Ganghua Core" is the intelligent gas meter. Through the built-in "Ganghua Core" security chip, the intelligent gas meter can realize two-way authentication with the Internet of things platform, secure storage of keys and data, and encrypted transmission of key data to ensure secure data communication.

Sai Fang Technology said that at present, the smart gas meter with built-in "Hong Kong Huaxin" has been used in many cities to protect the gas safety of Chinese residents. In the future, "Hong Kong China Core" will be extended to more energy Internet of things application scenarios.
