CTOnews.com, July 14, Microsoft updated its blog post today, inviting Windows Insider project members of Beta Channel to test the new drawing application in the Win11 preview (version 11.2304.26.0).

CTOnews.com previously reported that Microsoft invited Windows Insider project members of Canary and Dev channels to test the Win11 drawing application (version 11.2304.17.0) on June 1 this year, and today's version was expanded to Beta channel, indicating further stability.

In terms of function, the new version of Win11 drawing application does not bring much change. The biggest highlight is the native support for dark mode, which can automatically switch dark and light themes according to the system settings.

This update also optimizes the zoom control to make it more flexible for users to control the view of the content on the canvas. Based on the default classic preset, you can zoom in and out more finely by adjusting the zoom slider, or you can customize the zoom value.

Image properties are now more in line with the Windows 11 design style, and the new dialog box introduces a number of accessibility and usability improvements to improve support for keyboard shortcuts.
