It is reported that the final configuration and packaging information of Samsung Exynos 2400 SoC is still up in the air, and Samsung is still weighing the SoC's options, but the chip is still expected to be unveiled in Samsung's flagship Galaxy S24 series next year.

The whistleblower pointed out that although the Exynos 2400 SoC will have 10 CPU cores, 10 cores will not run at the same time, and the chip will schedule the number of cores needed according to each task.

In addition, there were initial rumors that the Exynos 2400 would be produced in Fo-WLP or Fan-out wafer-level packaging, which could make the chip thinner and more energy efficient.
