Lu Lunyan, chief representative of WWF Beijing Representative Office, said in her speech that actions to deal with climate change give birth to huge development opportunities, and the proposal of the "double carbon" goal paints a grand blueprint for achieving green, low-carbon and high-quality development. In the field of new energy vehicles, China has become the world's largest market for new energy vehicles, and the frequency of recharging stations will be more active.

Lu Lunyan believes that the "Electric vehicle recharging Green Power Initiative and pilot platform" (referred to as GEV-EVsGoGreen) has effectively provided green electricity recharging guidelines for car owners, provided assistance for the realization of green and low-carbon travel, and can effectively promote carbon reduction and emission reduction on the energy side and traffic side.
