Flash memory: X3-9070

The X3-9070 belongs to the fourth-generation TLC 3D flash memory particles of the Xtacking 3.0 architecture of Changjiang Storage. Compared with the previous generation products, the X3-9070 can achieve the I / O transfer rate of 2400MT/s, comply with the ONFI5.0 specification, and achieve a 50% performance improvement. Thanks to the innovative architecture of Xtacking 3.0, the X3-9070 brings a higher density of stacked layers, enabling the storage capacity of 1TB in an ultra-compact single chip package.

Lanco says the scheme extends capacity to 4TB, which means more storage space and longer write life.
