CTOnews.com July 13 news, Microsoft released KB5028166 for Win10 and cumulative KB5028185 updates for Win11 during yesterday's Patch Tuesday event, and today announced the release of dynamic updates to Win11 and Win10.

Microsoft updated the Windows Health Control Center page today, saying that the dynamic update this release focuses on the second phase of deployment, further containing and alleviating security vulnerabilities in the BlackLotus UEFI boot suite, and officially issued a guide manual to guide users to install and use.

Microsoft's release of KB5028312 and KB5028314 updates for Win11 mainly strengthens the SafeOS dynamic update package of WinRE (Windows recovery Environment) and simplifies the automatic deployment of secure startup DBX revocation files.

These dynamic updates are pushed synchronously with the cumulative updates this month, and Win11 users can manually check for updates available through the Windows Update page.
