CTOnews.com July 12 news, storage product manufacturer Damo today announced the new Tianyu Star PCIe 3.0 SSD, using SMI Huirong 2263xt + the original positive Yangtze River storage particles.

According to the official test information, the performance of this SSD is not outstanding, reading more than 2000 MB/s in sequence. However, official tips should focus on the performance of officially listed products.

CTOnews.com learned on Huirong's official website that the PCIe 3.0 master supports 4-channel NAND, and the theoretical speed is as follows:

Sequential read: 2400 MB/s

Sequential writes: 1700 MB/s

Random read: 280k IOPS

Random writes: 250k IOPS

At present, Damo has not yet announced the price and launch time of the new Tianyu Star PCIe 3.0 SSD.
