Microsoft pushes the above update as a security update and will install it automatically in the next few days. Users can also install them manually by going to Settings, clicking Windows Update, and selecting check for updates.

The cumulative update released by Microsoft only needs to improve Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, support authentication across Microsoft Cloud, and improve simplified Chinese fonts and Microsoft Pinyin input method.

This improvement is the same as the previous version of Win11, which improves simplified Chinese font and Microsoft Pinyin input method, and supports GB18030-2022 "Information Technology Chinese coded character set".

The standard is divided into three implementation levels, covering different ranges of Chinese characters.

Users can now use Microsoft Yahi, Zhongyi Song style and isoline fonts to display and enter characters with levels 1 and 2 in the standard using Microsoft Pinyin input method.

In addition, the Simsun Ext-B font has also supported the characters in the E and F areas of Unicode Chinese characters, which meets the requirements of level 3 in the standard.
