CTOnews.com, July 11 (Xinhua)-- veteran analyst TMV (TechMarketView) pointed out in its latest data analysis report that Amazon AWS ranks first in the UK software and IT services industry, while Microsoft has fallen out of the top three in UK software and IT services and ranked fourth.

Amazon AWS's UK revenue rose 30.1% year-on-year to 3.78 billion pounds (currently about 35.078 billion yuan)

This was followed by Accenture (an information consulting firm), which rose 30% to 3.623 billion pounds (currently about 33.621 billion yuan)

TCS (information consulting firm) rose 16.6% to 3.491 billion pounds (currently about 32.396 billion yuan), ranking third

Microsoft ranked fourth, reporting an increase of 17.5% to 3.382 billion pounds (currently about 31.385 billion yuan).

The analyst also expects software and technical services growth to decline by 6.9% year-on-year in 2023 and a compound annual growth rate of 5.8% by 2026. It said the analysis reflected the "ongoing productivity crisis" in the UK and would continue to boost customer investment in local technology.
