CTOnews.com noted that in 2022, China Academy of Information Technology organized App development operators, application distribution platforms, professional testing agencies, terminal manufacturers and electronic certification service agencies to jointly establish an App signature service system. As of July 2023, the system has provided signature and signature verification services for 589191 active apps.

After accessing the signature service system, the label of "authentication signature" will be clearly displayed on the App download details page. At the same time, when the user clicks the label, perfect authentication information will be displayed in detail on the secondary page, including "authentication information" and "signature information," helping the user to confirm the developer identity, accurately identify the genuine App and ensure the user's safety.
