Today, I received a notice from the Development Department that in order to provide customers with good technical support services, I asked for 24-hour telephone support. Many customers respond that calls to the company are always unanswered, so they ask to turn on the call forwarding function.

The group phone used is Panasonic's TDA200-CN, which used to be debugged by the after-sales company, but now it is overinsured and can only come up on its own.

There are two ways to debug:

one. Open through extension plus programming code

The opening call found through Baidu is directly opened according to the programming code through the extension, detailed address: http://wenku.baidu.com/view/306228287375a417866f8f5f.html

Through the above method test: there is no problem to transfer to the internal extension, but the external mobile phone can not be transferred out.

* 710 cancel all transfers

* transfer to extension 802 when all incoming calls from 7104 to 808 are unanswered.

* when there is a call from extension 7124-808, it is unanswered and transferred to extension 802

* when all calls come from 7102'9' 1361234567', the extension will not be answered and transferred to the outside phone 13612345678.

PS: the above programming code must be configured under the default COS level of the group phone. It doesn't work because my group phone changed the COS level. Here is a detailed code explanation:

Setting: * 71: 0 all / 1 external / 2 extension + 0 cancel / 2 / 3 busy / 4 No answer / 5 busy and No answer + destination number + # confirmation tone No answer forward time: * 713 + time + confirmation tone. Forward follow me * 7100All / 1 external / 2 extension + 7 open / 8 cancel + your own extension confirmation tone. Call distribution group full transfer: * 71x4 all / 5 external / 6 extension + 1 setting / 2 cancellation + group number + destination number + # confirmation tone.

two. Open through Panasonic's debugging software

First of all, turn on the call transfer function of the corresponding COS level: 2.7.1 COS SETing- find: transfer to CO and Call forward to co, and modify the enable of disable corresponding to your extension CO level.

two。 Modify the configuration of calling outside line: 4.1.2 FWD/DND-Extension Number/Name- corresponding extension number: 856

Both Call from CO and Call from Extension should be configured as follows:

FWD Status Availabilty is modified to: ON

FWD MODE was modified to: FWD NumberA

FWD Destination (32digits): 913612345678 (9 + mobile number)

FWD No Answer Timer (s): 15 (extension wait time)
