Among them, 20.9713 million passenger car manufacturing enterprises in China have produced a total of 20.9713 million passenger vehicles, with an average complete vehicle mass of 1560 kg, the actual average fuel consumption of 3.99L / 100km, a positive score of 3255.33 million and a negative integral of 289.72 million. New energy vehicles have a positive score of 1522.78 million and a negative integral of 43.12 million.

20 imported passenger car supply enterprises import 789000 passenger vehicles, with an average complete vehicle mass of 1963 kg, the actual average fuel consumption of 7.66L / 100km, positive and negative fuel consumption of 1.16m and 74.32m, respectively. New energy vehicles have a positive score of 1300000 and a negative score of 314000.

CTOnews.com noted from the "Accounting Table of average fuel consumption and New Energy vehicles of Chinese passenger car Enterprises in 2022" that there were 74 enterprises with average fuel consumption up to the standard, and BYD Automobile Co., Ltd. scored the highest points for average fuel consumption and new energy vehicles, with a score of 5398071 and 2749959 respectively.

The new management method mentions that the integral calculation method of new energy vehicles will be adjusted, the score of standard models of new energy passenger vehicles will be reduced by an average of about 40%, and the integral calculation method and the upper limit of scores will be adjusted accordingly, and a new chapter "New Energy vehicle integral Pool Management" will be added to establish an integral pool management system.
