According to ISREAL VEHICLE IMPORTERS ASSOCIATION, BYD became the best-selling electric car brand in Israel in the first half of 2023.

CTOnews.com previously reported that electric vehicle sales in Thailand reached 6262 in March, up 9.7 times from a year earlier, with BYD's ATTO 3 (yuan PLUS overseas version) accounting for nearly 40% of the total. The model went on sale in Thailand in November 2022 and quickly overtook other models to take the top spot. The BYD brand had a 39 per cent share of the Thai EV market that month, beating Tesla to the top spot.

In addition, BYD is also actively launching more models to the global market. BYD Dolphin successively launched in Brazil and Singapore this month. BYD also plans to launch electric car models including Yuan Plus, Han and Tang in France, Italy, Hungary and other European countries.
