It is mentioned that enterprises that carry out driverless intelligent network-connected vehicle road testing, demonstration application and demonstration operation should apply for confirmation of safety self-declaration.

With the implementation of the regulations and relevant implementation rules, the three enterprises were awarded the first batch of test licenses, which also marks the real unmanned stage of self-driving cars in Shanghai's Pudong New area.
