It is reported that Adobe said that when users use Firefly for Enterprise, if there is a copyright dispute over the AI tool Firefly, Adobe will provide full compensation for the relevant legal fees.

According to Shutterstock, if users correctly use the images generated by AI and meet the basic protocol of Shutterstock, they can give full compensation for the disputes caused by users.

CTOnews.com found that JeffCunning, vice president of Shutterstock products, had repeatedly reiterated that the company would be responsible for the images generated by AI.

At the Shutterstock Global Conference in May this year, the company announced full compensation for generated AI images of specific customer use cases, which is now available to all customers with enterprise accounts.

"AI is no longer a novel technology. The key now is to apply it to real business processes," says Jeff Cunning.
