Ant Group released two private computing open source products: "hidden language open source framework 1. 0" and the first domestic financial security level TEE scheme "HyperEnclave". It is understood that these two technology products are important products in the ant "trusted privacy computing hidden language technology stack". This technology stack takes six years of research and development, and can realize industrial-level applications of private computing. It was also won the "Treasure of the eight Town Pavilions" of the World artificial Intelligence Conference in 2022.

According to reports, the "hidden language open source framework" is the computing engine layer in the "hidden language technology stack", and HyperEnclave is its trusted base. The technology stack is completely self-developed, accumulates more than a thousand patents, integrates leading private computing products such as hidden language open source framework, Occlum TEE open source operating system, and HyperEnclave, and incubates new private computing technologies such as trusted secret state computing (TECC). The two new product features of this open source are expected to bring a leap-forward improvement in the ease of use and versatility of private computing, thus helping the industry to be more secure and reliable in AI intelligence, and fully release the value of data.

Ant Group believes that the in-depth application of artificial intelligence not only puts forward higher requirements for data, algorithms and computing power, but also poses more challenges to security, privacy and ethics. Only on the premise of ensuring data security and privacy protection and improving the ethics and security of artificial intelligence, can AI technology really release its application value. Privacy computing, as its important technical support, is ushering in a new driving force for technological breakthroughs and industrial development, but easy-to-use versatility has always been a constraint of the industry.

The reporter learned that this hidden language 1.0 has made a leap-forward improvement in terms of open source scope, performance, and ease of use. The hidden language framework was open source for the first time in July last year, and it took a year to upgrade to version 1.0. The new version has three major advantages: first, the open source Kuscia privacy computing task scheduling framework can solve integration problems such as port merging and API access when businesses use implicit language, and support interworking with third-party systems through different modes such as interconnection or built-in deployment of third-party systems. Secondly, the SS-LR open algorithm protocol is newly supported, which is committed to creating the full stack interconnection and interworking capability of black and white boxes. At the same time, hidden language 1.0 launched the "out-of-the-box" lightweight deployment experience package, which once again lowered the threshold for private computing applications.

In this forum, Ant also officially opened up the financial security level scheme "HyperEnclave" based on TEE technology. TEE is one of the technical routes of private computing, and is considered to be the most effective technical means for data security and privacy protection computing in the digital era. It is understood that the advantages of HyperEnclave are security and compatibility. It supports the mainstream CPU hardware platforms at home and abroad, provides unified TEE abstraction, and the core code has been formally verified. At the same time, HyperEnclave trusts the most important trust root of hardware technology in trusted authorities, which meets the requirements of self-research made in China, and has landing experience in large-scale business scenarios. This open source is also expected to bring more transparent, more credible, more unified, more general-purpose domestic TEE technology solutions for the industry.

The reporter noted that some technological "soft infrastructure" have also brought important progress at the forum. IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers) officially released the industry's first international standard for "trusted executive environmental safety" IEEE2952-2023. The standard is led by Ant Group and establishes the technical framework of secure computing system based on TEE technology, which provides effective guidance for the industry. China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, Ant Group and Insight Technology jointly issued the "Privacy Computing Cross-platform Interconnection Open Agreement part 2: SS-LR". The protocol will build a more open, transparent and secure private computing interconnection platform to protect data security.
