TCCI announced that it will build an upgraded version of the cutting-edge laboratory mindx, recruit from the global ai science community and brain science community, hire two top scientists as directors, and share 100 million US dollars in research funds. According to the idea of mindx Lab, the two directors will come from neuroscience and AI science respectively to lead a team to work closely together, on the one hand, to promote the further development of artificial intelligence through in-depth research on the human brain in the fields of learning, memory, cognition, emotion, and so on; on the other hand, to use a new generation of ai technology to reveal the nature of the brain.

CTOnews.com noted that TCCI has set up a number of cutting-edge laboratories in the areas of mental health, sleep and neurodegenerative diseases, working with hospitals to collect and analyze clinical data, and developed new data acquisition technology tools, such as flexible invasive electrodes and household EEG monitors.
