Musk also said that the emergence of generative AI is having a very profound role and impact on human civilization, with the explosive growth of digital computing power, the ratio of machine computing power to biological computing power is expanding.

He said that this means that the computing gap between machines and organisms is further widening, and after a period of time, the proportion of artificial intelligence will become lower and lower, which will be a fundamental and deep change.

Musk predicts that with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, full autopilot will be achieved around the end of this year.

"I have made a lot of similar predictions before, and I admit that the previous predictions are not entirely accurate, but this time I think the predictions are relatively close."

He also revealed that in the area of self-driving, Tesla is very interested in sharing and licensing his self-driving technology with other automakers.

In Musk's view, in general, a family car has only about 10-20 hours of use a week, most of which is lying on its stomach in the parking lot, but for fully self-driving cars, it is likely to be 50 to 60 hours a week, and its utilization rate is certainly five times faster than that of non-self-driving cars.

"We also want to provide such technology at Tesla, which is why we are willing to license these fully self-driving technologies to other automakers."
