CTOnews.com, July 6 (Xinhua)-- Microsoft has introduced new features for the Android Microsoft 365 app to extract specified page content from PDF files, according to an official press release from Microsoft 365Insider.

Microsoft says that whether you want to extract the page from your notes or key parts of the project document, users need to click easily to extract the page content from the PDF file.

CTOnews.com note: to experience this feature, you need to subscribe to Microsoft 365 and upgrade to Build 16.0.14223.10000 or later.

Users can select the desired page according to their needs, and click the "Extract" operation after the selection is completed.

After the extraction is completed, the Microsoft 365 application will ask the user about the save path of the new PDF file, and the user can save it to the desired location as needed.
